Dedicated to the restaurant’s 15th anniversary, the book is divided into three parts: The Restaurant, Recipes, Riga. It reveals the story of its beginnings, the chefs who shaped its menu, their favorite recipes, and includes a compact guide to Riga. Artistic photographs by Jānis Deinats and personal walks through the city by the four owners offer insights into Riga’s history and contemporary charm.
